Get every tab as a CSV by email, then import them into your own Google Sheet. The previews below are open to everyone and use fictional example data.
CSV files carry the layout and example rows only, not formatting, charts, checkboxes or a shared Google Form. Formula cells arrive as text: check each one, then delete the leading apostrophe to switch it on.

Frequently asked questions
How often should I measure?
Agree a schedule that suits the client and the purpose of tracking. Use consistent conditions; do not treat a short-term change as a diagnosis.
Where should I measure?
Record the exact location and method you choose so it can be repeated. Use a tape without pulling it tight. Ask a qualified professional if you need instruction.
Can I use centimetres or inches?
Yes. Label the unit and keep it consistent. Convert inches to centimetres by multiplying by 2.54; convert lb to kg by multiplying by 0.45359237.
How do I share it with a coach?
Share one client file with named accounts. Check photo permissions separately and avoid public links.
