Programming and delivery
Both official pages describe workout programming and client tracking. Trial a representative week: create the programme, log a session as a fictional client and write feedback. Check exercise substitutions, video instructions and how many steps a client needs on their phone. We have not measured which interface is faster.
Nutrition
Trainerize lists Advanced Nutrition Coaching as a paid add-on for Grow/Pro, with prices depending on tier. TrueCoach's Standard and Pro cards list advanced nutrition/habit features. Check the exact nutrition task you need, such as logging versus meal planning, rather than treating the feature names as equivalent. Source: the two official pricing pages, checked 9 October 2026.
Client app and branding
Trainerize lists a Pro branded app purchase at $169 USD once. TrueCoach lists branding on Standard and Pro. Branding can mean different things; confirm whether the package changes colours, icon, app-store listing or all three. Test the client login process and renewal terms before buying. Integrations
Trainerize's official API and webhooks guide, checked 9 October 2026, describes API access for Studio/Enterprise. Zapier is a separate integration route; read the Trainerize export and sync guide.
TrueCoach's pricing page has conflicting Zapier eligibility labels between a plan card and another feature description. Confirm the intended tier before relying on it.
