Information we collect

• Contact details and the message you send through our contact form.
• Purchase details, such as your name, email address, order and payment status. Stripe processes payment-card details; GSheetsPro does not receive or store full card numbers.
• Technical information needed to operate the site, including IP address, browser information and security logs.
• Optional analytics and advertising-measurement data only after you choose “Accept analytics,” including site events and, where applicable, Meta click identifiers.

How we use it

• To process payment, deliver the purchased Google Drive materials and provide support.
• To respond to contact enquiries and maintain the security and reliability of the website.
• With your optional consent, to understand site performance and measure advertising effectiveness.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to operate the service: Stripe for payments, Google Drive for product delivery, Resend for transactional email, Vercel for hosting, and—when you opt in—PostHog, Vercel Analytics and Meta for analytics or advertising measurement. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services or meet their legal obligations.

Cookies and your choices

Essential functionality remains available without optional analytics. You can accept or refuse analytics from the cookie banner, and reopen your choice at any time using “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Refusing analytics does not affect a purchase or access to the product.

Retention and your rights

We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet accounting or legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal information. You may also withdraw optional analytics consent at any time.
